While you could terminate the lease contract, you already know that this is a very bad idea.

Instead of doing this, we suggest that you do a lease transfer instead. In this, you take your lease responsibilities and give them over to someone else, who gets to use the car. They will make the remainder of your payments. You will be free of the burden (although you will also lose that sleek, sexy Acura as well). This is definitely one of the best ways to escape the curse of a dissatisfying lease.
